Is PBS Frontline considered a scholarly resource?

I need a scholarly resource in a multimedia format about vaccination. The paper is about the controversy behind vaccinations and the choice not to vaccinate. If Frontline doesn't count, does anyone have any suggestions?

Here are the instructions for this part of the paper. I also thought multi-media would not count, and I can't find anything, but the instructions clearly state that I must have a multimedia scholarly resource. This is very frustrating!
The paper must be five to seven pages in length (excluding the title and reference pages) and formatted according to APA style. You must use at least five scholarly sources, three of which can be found in the Ashford Online Library, to support your points. Of the five sources, two will be your primary sources, and one will meet the multimedia requirement. Cite your sources within the text of your paper and on the reference page

Go to your campus library and ask a reference librarian for assistance. The library subscribes to numerous databases with scholarly resources, including ones that are multimedia.

Among other things, your campus library may subscribe to Infomine, a database of scholarly internet resources.

Since you mention "Ashford Online Library," I suspect you are a student of the for-profit Ashford University. If that is the case, I find the univ. provides students with library services and contact information here:

The library services and services of a librarian are part of what you have paid for at the for-profit "school."

A scholarly resource is one that is peer-reviewed and there are none in multimedia format.
