I was wondering, they show a porch on the house in Family Guy but I do not recall them ever showing it in a scene, does anyone remember a scene set in it?

Yeah they have. It was in the episode where Meg had to drive peter around and she got angry and beat up this guy that she had rear-ended. Peter and Meg became best friends and at the end of the episode, Peter threw lemonade in Meg's face and said "How about a glass of better daughter?" and as Lois walked away from the door, Peter promised that they would be secret-buddies. That's the scene if I recalled it correctly. It's not really a porch, it's just a doorday with a welcome mat on it.

yup in the second episode (Stewie's first birthday :3) there was a porch. not a front porch, one in the backyard.
