Punishment means different things to different people. Forcing anyone to keep a child they don't want or can not afford, might be considered punishment. There is pain and suffering involved. Quadruple that for the victims of rape or incest.

The D.C. sniper killed a bunch of people, and intended to add his x-wife to the total, to draw attention away from him doing all this to get out of paying child support for four kids ($2,000 a month), and assume custody by default.
Any job his wages would be confiscated, had to live in his buddies garage & work for cash sweeping up, because no welfare is available for Fathers behind on child support (18 million at last tally). No visitation either since she moved 3,000 miles away. Being responsible for their transportation, those kids may as well have been on the Moon.
Seems he was the one being punished until he "snapped", eh?

Yeah he's horrible. if people can't/or don't want kids use protection or stop having sex. abortions are not the answer , why kill a innocent child, that could end up doing something in this world. Yes for Romney ....Show more
