What type of burn degree is this?

I burned my finger last week,and right at that time, I put it under cold water. Now its been a week now. First what i did, I let it open to the air. Then I went to school and my friends said that i should pop it otherwise it might get bigger, and one of my friends said that, if i dont wanna pop it, i can wrap it until it gets sweaty and its gonna pop by itself. I did the wrap thingy on November 23. Today(November 24) i opened it and its bigger an my finger is all white

Covering the skin with something like a band aid often causes the skin to go white- i think its just due to the sweat and lack of air etc., so don't worry about that. Your burn sounds like its either a first or second degree burn. Try to refrain from popping the blister because you could introduce various bacteria and other microbes into the wound and that could cause infection. If its large and painful and getting in the way maybe you could prick it lightly with a needle which has been disinfected, after applying an antiseptic to your skin to kill most of the microbes/germs, then cover the site with a clean band aid or dressing.
