I would stay far away from her if I was you. First off, she TOLD you to stay away from her. If a girl is not interested, she usually just doesn't respond to a guy or just say I'm busy. She tries to let him down softly. This girl boldly told you to STAY AWAY FROM HER. This is a red flag that she is very moody and just not a nice person.
2nd: Sounds like she had another guy she was very interested in (thats why she blew you off) but it didn't work out (probably his choice), so now she's coming back to you. --- I would never be 2nd choice.
3: You can do better than her. You do not have to be 2nd choice or take her table scraps. You deserve to be number 1 or at least be treated with respect.
4. Test her and you will get her true personality and probably be glad ur not dating her. Tell her that you are currently dating another nice girl but if you become available in the future, you will give her a call. Try to do this on the phone so she doesn't have time to think. Her behavior will tell you want kind of person she is. If she hangs up and swears or does something like that be glad SHE told you not to call her.
