Don't get your hopes up, but meet with her.
Her text was a little harsh. Maybe she's socially awkward, and you can accept that. Maybe she started dating someone else and didn't want you calling while she was out with him.
When you meet her, it won't be to get together with her. It will be to learn.

I know people like this. They have a series of people they 'date'. They get a bit serious with one, then something happens and they fall back on one of the other guys for support.
In all reality it is up to you to meet her for drinks. But just be careful.
