what is wrong with me??!!?

Im a 14 year old boy. i dont smoke or anything like that. for some reason out of no where for the past 2 days, i felt a buzzing in my head that lasts 2 or 3 seconds, and then a small headache after. i dont know whats happening. please help me

Sometimes, a noise like that can be the sound of blood moving through the carotid artery, especially if there's narrowing, blockage, or an aneurysm.

It's probably nothing, but especially with the headache following, you should go to the dr ASAP.
