Medical advice? please help guys?

Question

I had a car accident couple months ago and I went to the chiropractor and he was supposed to take care of my lower back bc I had whiplash. I went to another chiropractor before him and I got an x-ray done by him but the new chiropractor didn't even ask me for it and just asked where it hurt. when I was going through treatment nothing hurted all that bad. but now months after  the treatment my lower back started hurting again and also my shoulders and my neck too it feels stiff and like there's a bump on my neck. I got an xray done and um they I said I have a muscle spasms on my back. I haven't paid the chiropractor yet because insurance company just paid me. I brought up the topic to my chiropractor saying that my back still hurts and he told me that after people get into accidents it still hurts later on and that's why I still have muscle spasms. he said he would still see me for later on sessions but I don't want to pay him anything more. I don't wao get into an accident and come out feeling worse than what I did even after the accident. does anyone have any advice?

U will have to live with these pains for life as ur lower back bone at L-5 level is pressing the nerves . So is neck bones called cervical spondylosis . Sitting posture as straight , less weight lifting and bowing towards ur feet is important for u . avoid these and work on computer in pauses . Use hard bed for sleep. U will surely control and tune up ur life x

You should see an orthopaedic spine surgeon.  Go to the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery and find one that only does spine.  After medical school they have to do 2 years of general surgery, 4 years of general orthopaedics and then 2 more years of spine surgery.

you are under the mistaken belief that you're supposed to be fixed permanently. where you got that idea i don't know, but it's wrong. you need to get checked and re-corrected as needed. that's your responsibility if you want to try to stay better.
