Discomfort on my inner thighs, groin and tesicle area?

Over the last 2 months, (after having Jock Itch) I've noticed a dull discomfort on my thighs and groin area, sometimes on my testicle too. (On the right side). What this could be? I'm just bothered. Does my previous Jock Itch have an effect? And I masturbate at least times a week.
