Female rash: inner thigh, near groin area?
I have a redish area (almost like a rash) on my left thigh near my groin are. (Basically where the thigh meets the vagina.) It is red, hurts, and smells like my vagina. The rash/redish area is about 3 to 4 inches long. I rarely wear underwear so I'm not sure if this is a factor or not. It is not on my other thigh/groin area.
could be from clothes but not razor burn (I wax).

I think it sounds more like a yeast type rash, these are common and can be caused from heat/moisture in the area even if you don't wear underwear, your clothes keep the area moist and when you move you sweat, even if you don't know it at the type, that area is pretty prone to stuff like that, try using a yeast type cream, you can buy them over the counter at your local pharmacy, also place a soft cloth if you can in that area with the cream and in a day of so you will be good as new

it could definantly be some sort of heat rash, and then having clothes or jeans (especially without wearing underwear) can cause this. I think it sounds more like a heat rash. Even the smallest bit of sweat that you dont even realize is there can cause a rash. When you go to bed, dont wear pj bottoms that will touch the area and put some rash cream on it. Pretty much anything should work. Just let it air out and it should get better. If it is still there in a week, see the dr.
Hope I helped :)

Definitely could be any one of the three listed. When this happens to me its from the area being moist. It can happen throughout the day or even overnight (I have larger thighs and normally sleep on my side with my legs on top of another). Just clean the area, DRY it thoroughly, put some rash cream or itch cream on it, and sleep with the area exposed to the air. A night or two and you will be good.

My little boy had eczema on his cheeks. I was not sure what method to use but I didn't want to make my boy go through any surgery treatments at this young age. Some suggested a plastic surgeon since it was in a very visible location but our family doctor recommend this natural guide.

Typically, skin conditions such as eczema have to do with poor dieting. Learn here https://tr.im/6v1Ve
Eczema food triggers such as eggs, fish, peanuts, and soy are known to help reduce flare-ups, but this can vary from person to person. These foods may also exacerbate eczema because many people cannot properly digest the proteins, which causes an allergic reaction.
