Why is South American slavery so rarely mentionned?
When people talk about slavery, they mostly mention Arab slavery or North-American slavery. But the history of South-America is much the same as North-American history, isn't is?

yes 95% of the slaves bought over to this hemisphere went there or to the Caribbeans. basically what happened is the powers like Spain, Portugal, French and England set them up in their own countries and left and that was that. So they were on their own.
