For our class we have to do a satire. We chose Obama and need help. In the satire Obama will fix all of his lies like the IRS, he`ll say something like "Yeah I told them to do that, to tax only the republicans what a bunch of idiots. I can`t believe American actually believed me."

The funniest thing he does is to blame other people for his mistakes and try to take credit for things he had nothing to do with. That's what his whole Presidency has been about.
He and his supporters also call anyone who disagrees with him a racist.
You could also make fun of his ignorance like the 57 states comment. There's literally pages of similar comments. Just Google them.
And the fact that he stutters and stammers when he doesn't have a teleprompter.
