breakfast: Yogurt-60 cal. apple-90 cal. 1 piece of toast-100 cal. snack between breakfast and lunch:12 almonds-80 cal Lunch: salad: 2 table spoons of yogurt ranch-40 cal.+ 2 cups of lettuce-15 cal. + two all natural chicken nuggets-60 cal. + half an avocado 150 cal. Dinner: sandwich- two thin pieces of wheat bread 100 cal. + low fat cheddar cheese 50 cal. + turkey-50 cal. + lettuce 3 cal. + mustard 0 cal. 10 non fat pringle chips-60 cal. Height 5'2 weight: 110 pounds activity level: not sure....but i dance every day for an hour and a half age:14 Gender: female hope i helped!!:)
I don't know calories but I eat different foods each day. Today I ate cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon chunks, red grapes, strawberry/banana smoothie with homemade raw pecan milk and a scoop of Spiru-teen protein powder, a dragon fruit, an apple, 2 slices gluten-free pecan-rice bread with vegan butter and raw sprouted pumpkin seed butter. I also had coffee at breakfast and 2 mini pieces of chocolate. What I really crave is a green smoothie, so tomorrow I will also make a green smoothie made of collard greens, baby spinach, pineapple and banana. yum! I'm age 38, 5'10" tall, 145 lbs (just had a baby 6 months ago so still trying to lose some weight, about 10-15 lbs to go), and I walked with my dog and baby today.
