Can eating one day and not eating the next day be healthy for you?
would eating on day like crazy and not eating the next day affect your health?
Can it be health for you in the contrary?

If you do this constantly, yes. Every once in a while - no.
Our bodies get accustomed to our eating habits and energy output. If we teach it that it will not be fed regularly it will retain more blood sugar as body fat by inflating insulin tolerance levels. The result of which reduces energy, alertness, and increases fatigue. We basically feel sluggish and don't think straight.
Our bodies have a specific number of calories and nutrients that it requires (requires means it not negotiable) to function normally. If we give our bodies JUST this number (called the Basil Metabolic rate), it will be happy and perform well. If not, it will do everything and anything to protect itself from it's owner.
But again... not eating one day will have no effect on anything. Not eating every other day -- will.

I think anything you do "like crazy" can never be very healthy.
Fasting once a week is healthy for people who like to eat more than they should and do not exercise and are still trying to not make fat reserves...like if your BMR is 9000 calories/week (an average of 1285/day) but you'd rather eat 1500 calories/day, then you can eat 1500 calories for 6 days a week and fast one day (on your rest day). But really, you would be better off eating 1500 calories every day and exercising a daily average of 215 calories (like the minimum of half an hour). Then, you're not just exercising so you can eat more without getting fat but because you want to be fitter, toner, stronger with a good cardiovascular system.
It's okay to not eat on some days, like when you're sick or "feeling under the weather" but then, no matter how fit you are, you won't have the high blood sugar level that you need to get the energy to exercise easily and efficiently...but when you're sick, you should rest.
It is also okay to eat a lot one day (family reunions, birthdays and parties, Thanksgiving...) even if you know that it's unreasonable and that you'll get "too full", possibly with digestive issues and a not so good night sleep...but sometimes, you have to sacrifice to socialize and the next day, your body should not even be hungry (really, who has breakfast on Black Friday?).
You'll be fine as long as you're eating when you're hungry, whether you ate a lot yesterday or not, so you keep listening to your body signals and answering your cravings (your body knows what you need, better than you do).

I eat one main meal every 2 days I eat about pound and half and don't really eat next day and doctor said I'm healthy as could be

I don't see that as a healthy eating pattern, but depending on what your goal is, I don't see it permanently damaging your body.
I don't understand why people are always asking about such extremes. If you wouldn't treat your car or your dog in an extreme way, why would you treat your body like that?
By overeating one day, you spike your insulin and store a lot of fat, and then by not eating you kick your body over into starvation where it starts taking away muscles and storing more fat and burning through your muscle and strength. Now what can possible be healthy about that? Is it worth it?

It is true that weight can be lost by not eating, but you should first understand how this happens before you do it. When you deprive your body of foods, it will respond and go into a starvation mode. This is the body's natural way of adapting to the lack of food, and it will start conserving more and more energy.
Without energy consumption, no fats (or very little if you have high metabolism) will be burnt from your body. Therefore, there is no difference if you starve to lose weight vs. eating healthily to do it.
