You still need to watch what you eat if you feast the days you can eat you get nowhere.

a fast of just plain fluids- water tea juices is okay once a week to flush toxins from your body. But not necessary unless you feel sluggish.
to lose weight it is still best to find an exercise regimen that you can keep up everyday. and a diet you will follow the rest of your life- not just when you gain a few pounds.
fast one day eat the next would shock your system too much- probably end up with indigestion and gain weight!

I've actually seen people try this, they incorporate exercise and eat all of their calories for a day right before and then right after the workout and it actually works out to eating every 18 hours, it is called intermittent fasting, look it up online some people say they like it.

I would imagine that your body wouldn't function very well on that plan. To be healthy you simply need to eat smaller, more healthy meals more often throughout the day. Add more fruits and vegetables, stay away from beef, and most importantly get at least 30 minutes of activity a day! I learned this from Weight Watchers and have lost 60 lbs this past year. Slow... healthy... and permanent changes!

No. If you do this your metabolism will be screwed up. A sensible diet and exercise will help whoever far more than dieting. Small meals throughout the day, along with some sort of exercise will do the trick.

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product which I think helps a lot in the process. I recommend you check this website

Nope. It will be far easier for you to exercise and just moderate your eating. It will be more permanent and you do not miss your favourite food.
