How come when i go to sleep late i still wake up early?

like for example today i went to bed around 5:30am woke up at 10 45. thats how it usually is but its not always at 5, probably mostly from 3-5 and depending on which hour i go to sleep i still always wake up 10-11. but every once in a while, ill wake up in the afternoon, probably for a stat like 810 times i wake up early. im also a 17 yr old guy if that matters
