Everytime I go to touch my cat I have the strong desire to squeeze her or rip her apart and I have to grit my teeth and be nice is there any scientific way of explaining this? I love my cat and love animals alot but i just want to be really rough with her.

Well I think you need a therapist. I don't mean it in an offensive way. Maybe you have some issues you've been suppressing and maybe without even realizing it they've been building up anger inside of you for a while now. You need to see someone to have it resolved before you do something you might regret and I don't mean just to your cat.
Why would you get the feeling of hurting your own cat? Honestly. This might seem mean but if you're always getting a feeling to hurt your cat you probably should re-home her even though you said you wouldn't.. You know it could happen.. I just don't undersatand you'd you feel like hurting your cat..
Maybe it's not because of your cat. Try thinking about people that hurt you or annoyed you. Maybe it's that sensation where you want to "Eat your cat" because she's adorable or you love her and wish t tear her to shreds because you love her.
I went through a slight same problem where I wanted to dig my nails into my cat even though I love them. It soon stopped after some problems in my life cleared up.
I think I know what you mean, sometimes I get like this. Not always with animals but with people too. I feel like I want to be a little too aggressive with people. I'm not sure what it is, but usually going for a run or doing some sort of exercise usually stops this for me. It gets rid of my excess energy and anger built up. Try it, good luck
