Technical problem with YA?

I've received a message from another user and would like to reply to her, but when I click on the reply link in the message, it just takes me to YA, and not to a reply window like I used to get. What's up? How can I reply to this message?

Yahzmin, I figured that's how it's supposed to work, but when I click the name, it just goes to my profile, which it also does when I click the "reply to this message" link. Any way I can get it fixed?

Go back to the email the person sent to you. Their NAME is in BLUE in that email. Click that name and it will take you to their profile page. Then you can click the email link there.

Are you on the new format? A lot of people have reported that issue with replying to messages.
Try going to this link:
http://ca.answers.yahoo.com

Find the user's profile and then click the "Email ____" link so you can reply to them.
<edit> ..I've heard that clicking on the username just takes you to the Yahoo! homepage, but yes, that is worth a try. Also some people reported having trouble finding the "email" link. If that happens, add "ca." ...before the domain of the URL like ca.answers.yahoo as above.
