Seeking a Spiritual geek: We have a major technical problem?
BadBeast cannot use his account at all...it hasn't been suspended...I've checked it.
This is what happens: He can log into Answers and write a question or response...but it won't post.
His chat takes half an hour to load...and then he can see what is being written by me...but can't get his typing to go through.
He can't send emails...but can sometimes open them.
He can sometimes send and receive messages in Connections...but whatever he writes on his profile or anyone else's just disappears.
He's using Google Chrome and AVG...has run the virus scan a million times...says it's all clear.
Does anyone have any ideas??? He's getting Yahoo withdrawals...and very little e sex!
He's rebooted several times...I tried asking if he'd used another terminal...he hasn't been able to respond yet.
Starting a new account is a great idea...I'm emailing that one to him now!!
(((Goddess))) lol You've got our best interests at heart, haven't you??

YA email has had some problems in the past..but nothing like the cascade effect i see here, with so many multiple failures at once. makes me think there is a serious glitch with his account...
has he emailed YA customer care? (yeah, i know...not like the bots are going to be any help, but still).
if he can post on other forums...besides YA with his connection, i don't see how it's a computer problem. if he can create another account and log in and interact with no problems, it's a technical foul up on YA's part...
when you get his connection back up...ahem, try to convince his to get an email account through google (gmail) or a similar one like that. you should at least be able to talk then - also, he may need to uninstall Yahoo IM...and either reinstall it or go with MSN. just a thought.
if nothing else works...you'll need to insist upon an on-site service call...with your, **cough** connection expertise,

I thought the same thing happened to me the other day. I answered a question and then the SAME question popped up a while later and I checked to see if I had answered it but my answer was gone. I finally got smart and checked the section and realized that the person had asked the SAME question in two different sections ... one in R&S and the other in GLBT. This sounds like it might be too simple though and perhaps there are deeper things going on.
I know Yahoo has been weird lately. I'm getting fresh questions and checking them minutes after I get them and they are already resolved with 25 answers so Yahoo is having some problems for sure.
Perhaps if he waits to see if this straightens out later ... but just in case it would not be a bad idea to open a second account. Has your Beastie done anything that would cause Yahoo to suspend him? If not, I would simply wait and see.
Good Luck

I have been suffering from post partum depression for the past one year when I gave birth to a baby boy. I couldn't stop thinking about how my husband loves him more than me and how things might be better if he wasn't born at all. Thus, I stayed away from him because I knew that I might do something I will regret for the rest of my life. Almost instantly I went to a therapist and convince them that I need help. Among other things, I've tried herbal supplements and other book to treat depression but nothing works like the Depression Free Method. So now I'm proud to say I'm one of the happiest mother in the world. My husband loves us both very much and I thank the Lord for the blessing he gave us. Depression Free Method?

just going back to the beginning here, is the keyboard working at all? if not, is it plugged in with the proper driver loaded? that would be sadly simple answer to all this.
if all the problems are involving yahoo, and yahoo only then he may be in the middle of getting suspended. have him log out and manually log in to see if it doesn't turn out to be that way.

Sorry to tell you this friend but your obvious problem is a lack of FAITH. Your real problem is that Eternity is nearer then you think and the gaping mouth of Hell will swallow you up if you do not Repnet now and accept Him as your savoir! I know all about you and your sinful lust filled fornicating Beast Man and he is reaping the the crop of his sinful behaviours. do not be misl;ead by him into Eternity burning in the Lake of Fire, friend, this is no joke and the Lord is watching! Please accept His love and His forgivenenesses beffore the Day of Judgmement is upon us!
Yours in Christs Love,

I'd try making a new account and see if that does the trick.
