How to transfer outlook 2003 files to a new computer with outlook 2013? Help!!?

My mom has an 8 year old computer and she's always used outlook express for her email. I know absolutely nothing about outlook but it's on me to try to figure out how to move all of her contacts, emails etc etc to her new computer with outlook 2013. Help!!!

I need EASY instructions on how to do it. Maybe a link to a good video? I can do it if I have EASY instructions so if you know of a place online that can help me would be much appreciated.

Did I mention it needs to be EASY to understand?

I have found some instructions online but the people who write these pieces use all kinds of abbreviations instead of spelling things out. How am I supposed to know what they mean with their abbreviations? EASY is the key!

Outlook Express and Outlook 2003 are two different programs. If you have Outlook 2003, you can just copy the pst file from her old system to her new system, open it in Outlook 2013, and everything will be there.
