She is one very intelligent women. She is correct in her interpretation of contract law. Obama violated the meeting of the minds as he so swore to. The contract he made with Americans has thus been rendered void and null. One can no pass a law(aca) based on complete lies, then change it with executive order once it is passed. That is a clear violation of executive powers. When we hear the Supreme Court ruling of this very issue in June, of this year, the democrats are in for a real asskicking in the midterms.
