Why do tears start flowing if I'm not sad or hurt?
Example1: when I'm in school I'll just start tearing up from boredom.
Example 2: If I get in trouble and I don't care, I'll speak and act normal but my eyes still water up.

The body relaxes various muscles when as a way to cope with various forms stress wetter it is something that is actually stressful or not. Some of these muscles and glands change and vary depending on the person. Boredom on some level causes stress so your body relaxes and so your eyes realms tears. Same thing when you get in trouble, even though you don't "care" you still interpret it as a stressful stimuli.
