Apparently this is breaking news that he will challenge McCarty for Cantor's post. Labrador a newcomer (came in with 2010 midterms), and I don't know much about him yet. Am researching now. Any thoughts?

He was born in Puerto Rico but he will not win over Kevin McCarthy of California. He would be quite the conflict of interest on immigration based on where he was born even though Puerto Rico is a US territory.
