I've cleaned the rubber white part, that was easy, but the fabric I don't know how to clean because it has little sparkles all over thw fabric and the person working at the place I bought them at said if I wanted to keep the sparkles on and for it to look nice I can't ever get them wet. So I'm kinda puzzled on how to clean them without ruining their look. Any ideas?

It's kinda hatd because the whole fabric design is sparkles. Its like black with white and colored glitter alll over it.

No not water, you should go to your shoe store and buy shoe cleaner

scrub them with a brush on the spots where they are dirty avoiding where the sparkles are!
