What is wrong with Yahoo Answers. I am on Level 7 and even if I want to answer first time it says Sorry, you've reached your daily asking limit. OR if I get best answer or someone asked in my link I get this message.

Such glitches are very common.
The Yahoo! Answers website is grossly overloaded and seems to be unable to cope with the heavy overload and this is probably the reason for the frequent and regular glitches.
Bugs and errors in the system can be reported on the new Suggestion Board in https://yahoo.uservoice.com/forums/211240-us-answers/category/67788-bugs-or-errors but there is no guarantee that the reported bugs and errors will not recur sometime later on after Yahoo! has corrected them.
Sometimes or even often refreshing the page once or a few times helps but not always. Sometimes you need to go back and forth quite a few times to jump start the system when it seems to jam up.

I am not sure, i have the same issue. If you refresh the page for the daily limit one, it usually works for me.

Same happens to me! I just forward my clock or refresh the page!

If you keep refreshing, you will see them but now I think there is something broken. SHould be fixed soon.
