Can't feel knee when I touch it?

I fell of my bike about a month ago and my knee was pretty scraped up and I developed a huge bruise along with scabs all over my right knee and down onto the front of my calf. The scabs are gone now and the bruise has mostly faded away but now when I touch my knee, I can't feel anything. I can feel pressure when applied but I don't feel anything when I run my fingers over my knee. Is it nerve damage? Will it heal over time?

Well i had a motorbike accident 2 years ago and have a major scar which has no feeling. The doctor said i would get feeling in 5 years at most, but if there is no visible scarring then I'd say 6 months

That is more than likely nerve damage. Dont take my word for it, but that happened to me about a year ago but with my foot and arm. Go to the doctor and have them check it out. My foot still feels that way after a year but I never went back to the doctor. Hope I helped.
