Does the opponent have to control a card to activate Tiaramisu's effect?
On both DevPro and YGOPro [2 simulators I use for yugioh] Tiaramisu can't activate her effect when the opponent has no field, but the card says "then shuffle cards your opponent controls UP TO the number of cards returned." So is this a bug I should report or a real card ruling? Thanks~
