Though you made a statement as oppose to a question, it might be better to have a professional to come to your house to inspect the potential problem and give you an expert opinion as the problem and solution to the problem and how much it would cost to repair the item or replace the item.
Burying your head in the sand, hoping it will get better is not a solution.

It must be amoving part in the furnace. Depending on the noise would show you what the problem is. Fan blade hitting something o dozens of other things. I would call a professional HVAC guy

If you own it then get it checked out. If you rent report a possible malfunction to the landlord.
