I'm looking at grilling b/s chicken fillets rolled/filled with cream cheese and zucchini relish. Anyone know if the cream cheese will melt and fall out? I mean, I CAN bake them, I just prefer the taste of grilled chicken over baked.

You should be able to grill it and have the filling stay put--cut a sort of pocket and tie it with twine or toothpicks.

Yes it will, no matter how you cook them. Maybe stuff the chicken with the relish, then heat the cream cheese with a bit of milk or even butter milk or sour cream to keep the tangy ness and use tat as a sauce over the cooked chicken,
