Are sperm living creatures?

Its a cell. Not a creature. Male sperm cells and female eggs are what makes babies. Sperm cells are technically "living"...but they can not survive in open air or outside a host body for long. Sperm cells can only really survive inside a male, or inside a female egg. They can only survive outside a hose body if, and only if, they are frozen.

Sperm is a living cell. Not a "creature."
Creatures are multicellular. A sperm is a single cell.

No.

They are living cells - not the same thing.
