How to lose 15 pounds quickly?

I weigh 134.5 pounds and I want to be around 120. I'm not insecure or anything, but I'm going to Cali in 3 days and I wanna know if I can do anything to kinda slim down for the beach body? My body isn't bad, but it'd be nice to be around where I'm supposed to be. Thank yall!

The healthy human can gain and lose around 6-8 lbs per day. However, if you want to permanently lose it, exercise is key.
EDIT: Drink lots of water to flush out the toxins and fats!! Should have you lose a couple pounds pretty fast. :)
