A Hunch
There are not a taxi stand at El Dorado Park. Horseshoe Lake is very close to Spring Street.
You can either call a taxi / uber / lyft.
Or you can just walk to Spring Street which will have buses running and be able to take you pretty much anywhere (green line?).
