Can a grandmother take the tuetar of two children,9 and 4,from mother and father?

My mother in law want to take my children,because she beleave that i am no a good mother.The court will be 28 mai 2015,and we leave in Greece.I wonder,can legaly a grandmother take the children from mother?

The state could take them away from you and place them with her if you are found  to be an unfit mother.

28 mai will be the court,and i will write to you the result,thank you for your answer.Grandmother are 73 years old,have cancer,and depresion.....
