If they are smoking, most likely they are also engaging in other behaviors that would disappoint. What you can do effectively would be limited by the age of the individual. If they are with you for the majority of the day, it is very hard to smoke and or other things. May be a pain in the *** but it is about the only way to make sure.

you cant smoke anymore without
