Tony Stark one of the smartest heroes in the marvel universe besides Reed Richards and maybe Hank Pym. Graduated from MIT and built his first Iron man suit in a cave with nothing but scrap metal and his bare hands. He may be a little cocky and a showoff but he does have a reason. Iron man is armed with machine guns and even more powerful energy weapons, plus he can fly. Batman has some cool non-lethal toys. In a fight to the death, there is no question that Iron Man wins. If they're just competing but trying not to actually kill another good guy, then Batman wins....Show more

In a a fight with no prep time I would say Iron Man he is to powerfull : he did not beat Lex Luthor for nothing in the last Death Battle . Batman also fight against an armored Luthor and he lose even without the armor the lose a couple of times against him
In a equal prep time fight I would say Batman : Iron Man is more intelligent (intelligence and smartness are two seperate things) always connected with a lot off machines (probably all off them) and he have J.A.R.V.I.S however Tony is arrogant ,he made more mistake than Batman, he is overconfident, he underrestimate his enemies (sometimes) he is an alcoholic and Bruce is more smarter than him ....Show more

I'm not a fan of Batman but I think he may have an advantage here. He can find out everything about Tony in a few keystrokes and develop a device that can shut down any of his suits. That's just who Batman is. He can beat anyone who uses technology. It feels weird siding with The Bat because I'm usually rooting for the other person in these Vs debates....Show more
