Who would win: Batman vs. Iron Man?

Iron man here's why:

Tony Stark one of the smartest heroes in the marvel universe besides Reed Richards and maybe Hank Pym. Graduated from MIT and built his first Iron man suit in a cave with nothing but scrap metal and his bare hands. He may be a little cocky and a showoff but he does have a reason. Each new armor he makes is better than the last, batman eh...

Iron man is armed with machine guns and even more powerful energy weapons, plus he can fly. Batman has some cool non-lethal toys. In a fight to the death, there is no question that Iron Man wins. If they're just competing but trying not to actually kill another good guy, then Batman wins.

Iron Man

In a a fight with no prep time I would say Iron Man he is to powerfull : he did not beat Lex Luthor for nothing in the last Death Battle . Batman also fight against an armored Luthor and he lose even without the armor the lose a couple of times against him

In a equal prep time fight I would say Batman : Iron Man is more intelligent (intelligence and smartness are two seperate things) always connected with a lot off machines (probably all off them) and he have J.A.R.V.I.S however Tony is arrogant ,he made more mistake than Batman, he is overconfident, he underrestimate his enemies (sometimes) he is an alcoholic and Bruce is more smarter than him .

I'm not a fan of Batman but I think he may have an advantage here. He can find out everything about Tony in a few keystrokes and develop a device that can shut down any of his suits. That's just who Batman is. He can beat anyone who uses technology. It feels weird siding with The Bat because I'm usually rooting for the other person in these Vs debates.

Iron Man has more weapons and power then Batman. If you give both prep time it becomes even more one sided. In a surprise fight Batman lasts about 60 seconds max. A battle between is a battle of toys and Iron Man has much much better toys.

Iron Man. Even though Batman is a much better character, he is no match for Iron Man.

Heres why,

Mastered every martial arts known to man. At least 127.

Stealth Master

Wide array of gadgets weapons(explosives,lasers,smoke,Grapple gun)

He has an suit to fight superman (even at age 55)

Always has gone toe to toe with super beings far more powerful then Iron man.

Has taken out and neutralized every justice league member.

Has defeated all his foes of the best rogues gallery in all of comics. Who test him mentally and physically.

Master detective and planner.

Shock gloves allow him to throw punches hard enough to penetrate kevlar and even rattle the man of steel.

he has explosives. Lots of them just like iron man.

Armour bullet proof and allows for agility.Shock and flame resistant.Cape doubles as glider.Conceals heartbeat.

Avoided Darkseid unavoidable omega lasers.

Survived vacum of space for 24 seconds.

Can bench press 1000lbs leg press 2500lbs

Can throw a batarang at 100mph

Survived most unavoidable and life threatening situation like riddlers and jokers traps.

Swaped a poisened drink faster then a blink of an eye.

Broke into area 51.......... and area 52.

Escaped a coffin burried 6 feet under ground.......in a strafe jacket.......after being deprived of sleep for days...........while having a cocktail of unknown drugs in his system..........along with jokers venum toxin.

And most importantly hes BATMAN.

Batman would win cus he can use one of his gadgets to dissable his suit. And if none of them were wearing suits who do you think would win. A rich man or a rich man that knows EVERY MARTIAL ART
