Other than the ones already mentioned, there is Harleen by Stjepan Sejic.
It is a darker retelling of Harley's origin story. It does a good job showing Harley as a doctor before her downfall.

I'm a big fan of her creator, Paul Dini, and honestly don't care much for stories with Harley that he isn't involved with. The major 3 books he did starring her were Batman: Big Love, Harley and Ivy, and Gotham City Sirens (2009). I also think she's a fun character in the Injustice comics by Tom Taylor, but from what I've tried of the many Harley comics made over the last 8 or so years, I just didn't like them at all.
