Which Marvel Villain do you think that is most famous among the non fans: Thanos or Venom? Why?

    Thanos because of recency bias. Bigger/more recent movie appearances.

    Not sure, because Venom has been a big part of the Spider-Man lore since his creation 33 years ago, but Thanos was the villain of the highest grossing movie of all time. I'd say probably by virtue of being in more cartoons and games and over double the amount of comics Venom is more well known, but it might be close and they're similarly popular.
