Even if I accepted the ridiculous premise that the oceans are going to rise 3-4 feet!!!... which I don't... It wouldn't happen over night but decades. Populations would have time to relocate.

That said, if climate change causes the oceans to rise by three or four feet over the next century, I would be surprised.
