IF GW raises ocean levels 3-4 feet would you push the buttons that kill 5 billion people?

Even if I accepted the ridiculous premise that the oceans are going to rise 3-4 feet!!!... which I don't... It wouldn't happen over night but decades. Populations would have time to relocate.
