The number of victims doesn't matter. Both had misdirected anger and turned to violence.
The defense's attempt to paint Tsarnaev as a victim of his brother's plotting was inane and insulting. If that were the case then once the brother was dead, Tsarnaev would have surrendered. But he didn't and his little screed that he wrote while hiding in the boat proved he wasn't "just a puppet."

Actually- I think McVey was much MORE Dangerous. Because He was Older, Smarter, & "Thought BIG"- where it Came to Killing People was Concerned. Tsarnaev was just a Dumb Kid without a Brain in His Head- following His Brothers "Lead". :(

They were both sentenced to death by lethal injection for thier crimes against humanity. So in the end, there is really no diffrence.
