What rights do a Single unfit Father have to their baby in the State of Mississippi?

If you can prove the father is unfit, then the father won't get custody. But you have to prove that the father is violent, on drugs, or homeless. The court will order a home check and other measures. But they typically lean on the side of the father and will order visitation at least, unless the father is a real risk to the baby.

Depends on who is calling him unfit. If its the state he will have full visitation and basically the same as a "fit" father but will not get custody. If the person using the " unfit" word is an irate mother who equates unfit with posting on another girls Facebook then he might get full custody.

Never let a man ejaculate inside you vagina unless you know he is a too father!

?? has said "unfit father" even FILED for rights? If you mean, does an unmarried father have AUTOMATIC rights, no.. he does not have any automatic rights. He is not LEGALLY the father unless he has filed for visitation, etc. An UNMARRIED MOTHER has full custody rights when the child is born. UNMARRIED FATHER has to go through court to request being legally identified by dna test, THEN the court considers if he is a risk (if mom contests him having rights).
In other words, just "being" the father gives him no rights at all. He must file. Mom does not have to file for rights.

Only the court can declare the father unfit.

He has all the rights the mother has.

Rights to visitation, unless a judge has ordered differently. An obligation to pay child support. That is about it. If you want something else, you have to file an appropriate petition with the court and ask a judge.
