iron supplement while preg?

I am pregnant with identical twins. My OB said today I can take extra iron for my fatigue. I have pretty much no energy. How much extra can I take and what brand do you recommend? Should have asked my OB but didn't.

Just need a little extra for energy. I'm perfectly healthy and so are the twins. Never had 1 complication during pregnancy.

And you should still ask your OB, since we don't know your medical situation. Doesn't matter much what brand. The amount will depend on how low your iron is, which we can not know.
