Worried they might be infected and all. Oh and if my drive c's windows old got infected is there any chance my D, and E files are infected too?

I am unsure how you have windows old if you formatted the hard disk drive. It sounds like you upgraded to windows 10. I suggest you run malware bytes and scan the windows old directory. In fact as you are concerned about all drives a full system scan would be necessary to include all hard disk drives / partitions. Though the files themselves should be fine, but again you need to be cautious as you do not want to restore the virus but technically if you still have windows old and the virus is still lurking you have not successfully removed it in the first place!

Best to leave the old files alone and delete them to be safe.
