What do you think of a Circuit Court Judge who owns the for-profit Probation Office, OCCCs, Inc.?

Judge Ronald White in Phelps County, Missouri (Rolla) owns not just the probation office, but also the for-profit testing labs in St. Louis, Lebanon, Rolla. This judge hands down five years probation on first-time minor offenses, and I frankly think this is a huge conflict of interest to be profiting off of your excessive (violation of the 8th Amendment) sentencing. Do you agree?

A judge should not be able to profit from any decision s/he makes in the court.

I did not know you could own a probation office. How about a link to more information?

i think it is a conflict of interest, and s/he should recuse himself from any case that would result in it's use.
