Bonus Question: What are 'the big five' (that @Richard mentioned)?

Never mind the bonus question; Richard listed the big five. I was having a senior moment.

York, because I'm patriotic and because it's beautiful. There's a cat trail, ghost walks, the Cathedral. There's the Shambles which has lovely little cafes, and we have Yorkshire puddings. It used to be the capital, and I feel it should be again. There's a huge contrast between the pigeons in York and the pigeons where I live - the wood pigeons are like f*cking footballs compared to the town pigeons. We saw a wood and town pigeon mating once, which was hilarious.

York doesn't get too busy, and as things go it's very clean. There isn't much grafiti, and what little there is is beautiful. The university is a good uni, so the students we get are intelligent and polite.

I may not live IN York, but it's the closest city to my house and to my heart.
