How do I get my 6month and 2 month old kittens to get along?

I've had my six month old kitten (belle) since about April, I got my 2 month old (Zelda) yesterday. I introduced them, but belle started hissing at Zelda. I put Zelda in a different room with her food liter box toys etc. and has belle stay in my room. I need to keep belle in my room because I have a dog who is a whimp and the cats would kill him. (Zelda is in my parents room) But that's another issue. So how do i get belle and Zelda to get along?

Keep the other kitten in its own room for awhile. It needs to get used to its new home too. 10-14 in its own room, feed the cats on opposite sides of the door, but don't let them actually see eachother yet. This way, they can smell eachother and hear eachother, but can't get to eachother. Let them see eachother after a week or so of this, but through a door or baby gate. Always end these visits on a good note, I use treats. Once they can see eachother without showing signs of aggression or fear, let them be in the same room together. Start with short play sessions, again always ending on a positive note, and steadily increase the time they spend together until you are comfortable letting the kitten out with your other cat.

Keep them separated for a while.  Try sent transfer so they get use to each other.  Set up a barrier in the doorway or sliding glass doors so then can see each other.
