I would vomit. I wouldnt go over there. And you are cleaning it and he doesnt care? I would throw in the trash... Dishes everything. If he gets upset I would walk away. If he wants me he'll change. But thats me. And you sound like a fool to me.

If he's a slob, he is. It's his place. He can be as much of a slob as he likes, i guess? I wouldn't clean it.
