Tight End with Torn ACL workouts?
I'm a 6'0 ft 225 lbs Junior and play the tight end position. I tore my ACL my first year on Varsity when I took a helmet to the knee.
I just got cleared to start working out with weights again and my max went from 280 lbs bench to 195 lbs. I haven't gotten cleared to squat yet.
I'm looking for workouts I can do to get me ready for September as I won't be able to play spring. If you can give me pointers on how to get my footwork and speed back up that will be appreciated
