Anyone that gives you an estimate on here doesn't know what they're talking about. (Bill) there is no way for anyone here to give you an accurate estimate. It depends on where you live and what the shop charges. For instance downtown Austin it's about $200/hr. My guy at a smaller shop outside the city is about 100$/hr. Color or black and gray? Different artists work at different speeds. I've had a friend work on me that is super slow and my regular guy is fast because he's been tattooing for 25 years. There's too many factors to consider. You're going to have to go into a shop and talk to them. That's the way it's done. My half sleeve took about 7 hours and cost me 600 plus tip.
